The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 354A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the POCSO Act.
As per the prosecution case, the informant alleges that the petitioner along with his friends misbehaved with her and also abused her.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No such occurrence as alleged has taken place. On investigation, chargesheet was not submitted under the POCSO Act, however, cognizance has been taken under the said Act also. The petitioner is in custody sine 28.11.2021 and he has no criminal

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 6 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case no. 28 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI - cum - Special Judge (POCSO), Banka.
