Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his appeal before the appellate authority i.e. the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar (Respondent No. 1) herein by way of Appeal Case No. 05 of 2024. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 1 to dispose of the appeal pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is
