2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without acquiring the land of the petitioner, the State authority has constructed the road over the land of the petitioner measuring 17.68 Acres.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without acquiring the land and without paying the compensation to the petitioner, the State authority had constructed the road over the land of the petitioner.

4. In view of the relief prayed for in the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Purnea for redressal of his grievances.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an exhaustive representation within a period of four weeks along with all the relevant documents with respect to the land in question before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Purnea (Respondent No. 3) and the Respondent No. 3 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and pass a speaking order after hearing the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
