The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.24 of 2013 for the offences punishable under sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 406, 409, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with his father has been charged with duping the informant while running a non-banking financial company.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with reference to the complaint which has subsequently been registered as F.I.R. upon enquiry under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has submitted that the allegations are mainly directed towards father with only allegation against the petitioner, of helping him. It is stated that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52993 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 happens to be a student. He further submits that the father of the petitioner has since been released on regular bail. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegations, as well as that the petitioner is a student, let the petitioner, namely, Rupesh Kumar Yadav in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.24 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
