JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 registered under Sections 307,498(A), 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No specific allegation has been leveled against him. The fact is that the informant was not satisfied with the status of her husband. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is named accused and there is direct allegation against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His
