1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case no. 508 of 2023, registered under sections 420, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons namely Arman Khan and Mr. Alam used to sell stolen motorcycles at the garage owned by this petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession or from his garage. He is in custody since 29.6.2023 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner being in custody for more than 3 months since 29.6.2023, charge-sheet having been submitted in the case and his not having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case no. 508 of 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
