1. The Writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to grant license of P.D.S. on the ground of compassionate appointment for Ward No. 16, village Kajjalban, Parbatta Block, District Khagaria in view of the demise of father of the petitioner on 25.05.2013.

2. It is the specific contention in the Writ petition that inspite of filing the application before the Sub Divisional Officer, Gogri, District Khagaria,

3. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.

4. The Learned counsel for the respondents also contended that direction may be given to the Sub Divisional Officer, Gogri to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration that the representation was filed by the petitioner on 29.07.2015 and no orders have been passed, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate order on the application preferred by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
