1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That in this writ application the petitioner prays for issuance of writ certiorari for quashing the order dated 18.04.2023 passed in Angan Bari Appeal Case No. 1/21-22 passed by respondent No.-1 as contained in annexure 3 of the writ application cancelling the selection of the petitioner from the post of Angan Bari sahaika, ward No.-10, Angan Bari centre No.- 180, Panchayat Sherpur Chhatwara, Block- Mahua, DistrictVaishali on the basis of complaint made by one Baby Kumari against her.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
