The State Of Bihar, reported in (2017)5 SCC 383, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna to examine the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with the parameters laid down by the Apex Court in Mukesh (Supra) and take final decision with regard to entitlement of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
