This review application has been filed by the petitioner for review of the order dated 18-10-2016 passed by this court in CWJC No. 19769 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon a decision of the Supreme Court reported in 2006(12) SCC 41 and submitted that the principles laid down by the Supreme Court in this decision has not been considered.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that this is a review application and there is no error apparent on the face of the record.
