2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 02.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39605 of 2021 with certain directions and observations.

4. It has been alleged by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the O.P. No. 02 has not cooperated in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71677 of 2024(4) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 below and mediation whereas the leaned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 submits that it is the petitioner who is at fault and he has not cooperated.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate in the case. He has no intention to abscond.

6. In these circumstances, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar, (2014) 8 SCC 273, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned court below in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.197 of 2020.
