Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed I.A. No. 700 of 2018 stating that the grievance of the petitioner so far as it relates to reinstatement, has been redressed and the only grievance of the petitioner is non-payment of salary. The respondents are required to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary after verification of the record in accordance with law. Necessary decision in this regard
