The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piar P. S. Case No. 103 of 2018 dated 16.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and one Mithilesh Devi are said to have assaulted the brother of the informant by means of an iron rod. The brother of the informant has suffered only one injury and that injury is reported to be grievous in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, the injured had entered into the shop of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58366 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 and had indulged in scuffle with one of the staffs of the petitioner.

Looking at the clean antecedents of the petitioner and his being in custody since 29.07.2019, this Court is inclined to grant him bail.

The petition is allowed.

The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P. S. Case No. 103 of 2018.
