This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that some criminals were distributing stolen property. In the meantime, the informant came, others fled away and some of them were arrested. Name of the petitioner transpired in the statement of the person who were arrested there. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23168 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
