2. Upon perusal of the records, it transpires to this Court that vide order dated 03.01.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Vide Order dated 17.04.2025, again none appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls. Today also, none appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls inspite of the fact that this Court has specifically directed that if on the next appointed date, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, appropriate order shall be passed.
