2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with University (V.V.) P.S. Case No. 18/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/504/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have injured the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 04.06.2024.

4. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner has undertaken to shift to Meerut District (Uttar Pradesh) within Brahmpur police station.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Brahampuri police station, Meerut (U.P.) on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
