A raid was conducted on getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements who were, at that very moment sitting inside auto rickshaw and during course thereof, so many persons were apprehended from whose possession firearms and other articles were seized. So far petitioner is concerned nine nails having cut in triangular shape has been seized. From para-3 of the petitioner it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 15.06.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner Bablu Kumar @ Babloo

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52434 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No.252/2016.
