The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 924 of 2001 in which cognizance under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act was taken.
Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25298 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-III, Patna City in Complaint Case No. 924 of 2001, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
