2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that the victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68334 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 the Cr.P.C. It has also been submitted that the victim and the petitioner have solemnized marriage. The petitioner is under custody since 22.04.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Court), Civil Court, Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
