15-12-2017 The direction of the Division Bench was to the Principal Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar, Patna to consider the claim of these petitioners for grant of benefit under Career Advancement Scheme (in short the 'CAS') and to pass a speaking order. An order dated 12.12.2017 has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties which is supposed to be in compliance of the direction of the Division Bench.
