The petitioner seeks bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, a 13 year old girl was taken away by the petitioner to the Madhubani town. The victim has supported the case in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2023. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64404 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 rejected herewith.
