The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is sub-contractor of the petitioner. Title Suit No. 789 of 2013 is already going for redressal of the same. The agreement between the parties stipulates arbitration clause.

Submission is that there is dispute of accounting. Let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
