This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 364, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report relates to offence of murder allegedly committed by unknown person. The suspicion is against the petitioner also. Similarly situated co-accused, Bikash Kumar Yadav, has already been allowed bail by another Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34043 of 2015 on 20th August, 2015. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 (G.R. No. 207 of 2015) to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
