The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 566 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is neither the owner of the seized motorcycle nor the owner of the recovered liquor.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.205 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 566 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
