JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents has produced the final order passed under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent Company that there is provision of appeal under Section127 of the Electricity Act, 2003, hence the petitioner may file an appeal. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider and dispose off the same on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
