The petitioners seek quashing of the first information report (for short "the FIR") of Vishnupad P. S. Case No. 67 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54488 of 2015 dt.12-05-2016 2/2 and perused the allegations made in the FIR as contained in Annexure- 1 to the present application. The allegations made thereunder do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence. 4.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this case. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
