The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submission is that as there was some quarrel between the petitioner and deceased and out of annoyance, the deceased committed suicide by consuming poison. Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019. Learned APP, appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail and submits that the witnesses during the investigation told that accused persons had done to death by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58756 of 2019(4) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 administering poison and disappeared her dead body. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
