The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, registered under Section 37(c) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016. The accusation is that in course of patrolling duty by the Police, the petitioner was seen creating nuisance. On test, it was found that he had consumed the liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 01.02.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
