The petitioner is accused in connection with S.T. No. 460 of 2019 arising out of Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 324, 326, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27, 25(1-b)a and 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. 36126 of 2019 on 13.09.2019. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 10.09.2017. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the custody of the
