JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although there is allegation of making indiscriminate firing against the petitioner and other accused but according to the prosecution case itself, that none has sustained any injury and so far as recovery of firearm is concerned, the same was recovered from a bundle of hay and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking into consideration as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
