JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named and in course of investigation, the name of this petitioner came in this case but having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Randhir Pratap Singh @ Kunal Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by order dated 0411-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47817 of 2015 by a coordinate bench of this court, in which, it was observed by the concerned bench that only co-accused, Bullet Singh had entered into house of victim and committed rape.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53900 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.
