The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 333, 353, 143, 151, 152, 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusations are of making assault and obstructing the informant and other police official to discharge their official duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.320 of 2022(2) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 the spot. The injury report suggests the injuries to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 225 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
