2. The challenge in the present writ application is to the motion of 'No Confidence' passed on 09.11.2016 against the petitioner, who was the then Deputy Chief Counsellor of the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation.

3. Though learned counsel for the petitioner addressed the Court on merits but in view of the fact that already a new body has

4. In view thereof, the writ petition having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
