The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 287 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has already paid Rs. 6.5 lacs in the Block Treasury. Further, he undertakes that the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 6,83,962/- will be deposited within a period of six months from today.
In view of the above undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63577 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 287 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
In case, if the petitioner fails to keep his undertaking given before this Court, the Court will be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
