This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report discloses allegation of physical exploitation on the pretext of marriage. The impugned order reveals that subsequently the parties married and filed a compromise petition before the Court below.

If the factum of compromise is true, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
