2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nalanda Cyber P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 111(2), 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 303(2), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66, 66(c), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner was apprehended with two mobile phones and Rs. 26,000/- cash during a raid conducted by police, and on interrogation, he admitted that his two sons were involved in cyber fraud along with one Anshu Kumar who often took shelter in his house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that only two mobile phones and some amount of cash has been recovered from the petitioner but the same belongs to him. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has himself confessed that his two sons are indulged in cyber crime excluding him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2025 and has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, charge-sheet already being submitted as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
