2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Rajesh Bharti brought the daughter of the informant in a dead state and placed her body in the street of her house and said that she has committed suicide. Informant suspects that co-accused Rajesh Bharti committed the murder of her daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation after 50 days of the occurrence on the statement of one Anita Devi, who stated that this petitioner was also present at the place of occurrence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61668 of 2025(3) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 and is in custody since 08.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail of petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Bhagalpur / concerned Court in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025.
