This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 465, 341, 323, 354,504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners are that petitioner no. 1 got executed a sale deed in favour of petitioners no. 2 and 3 which was in the share of the informant in the partition.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that already a partition has taken place and the informant is a 'Diyad' and has falsely implicated the petitioners. It has further been

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S.
