The petitioner's brother had approach this Court vide CWJC No. 21213 of 2014. The following order was passed in the aforesaid writ petition on 28.01.2021. Paragraph No.5 of the order is quoted hereinbelow:- Mr. Devendra Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel for the Indian Railway, submits that the Railway has already paid the entire amount of compensation for acquisition of land in the account of the State of Bihar. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.44 of 2022(3) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 amount of compensation for acquisition of land with interest thereon and other compensation as provided under subsection (3) of Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act shall be paid by the Collector, Madhepura, who is a Land Acquisition Officer.

This application is disposed of in light of the observations and directions passed in CWJC No.21213 of 2014. If the petitioner files his representation before the Collector Madhepura, he will consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same within two months of receipt/production of this order.
