Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No.181 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 363, 365, 385, 387 and 34 of the IPC. 3.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have taken away the son of the informant along with his boat and since then the son of the informant is traceless.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged has ever
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65243 of 2023(3) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 taken place. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and only on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and there is ample evidence against him in the case diary. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
