After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ application to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') for implementation of its orders dated 27.05.2010 and

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

If such an application is filed before the Authority within four weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the Authority shall ensure that its aforesaid orders are implemented, if they are still in operation without any interference, within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of the application.
