Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It is clarified that, if such a representation is filed on behalf of the petitioner before the respondent District Magistrate, Patna with a certified copy of the present order within a period of one month from today, then the respondent District Magistrate, Patna either himself or any other competent authority of the respondent State shall be obliged to consider the claim for redressal of valid grievances of the petitioner.
