The only grievance of the petitioners is that, though they have filed Jamabandi Correction Appeal No.30 of 2015 before the respondent District Collector, Kishanganj against the order dated 30.09.2014 passed by the Additional Collector, Kishanganj, but that appeal is not being disposed of and the matter has been kept pending for quite long time.
In view of the nature of the grievances raised on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ petition, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent District Collector, Kishanganj within a period of one month from today with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.19436 of 2015 (2) dt.29-03-2016 certified copy of the present order, whereafter the respondent District Collector, Kishanganj shall fix a firm date for deciding the aforesaid Jamabandi Correction Appeal No.30 of 2015, if not already disposed of and all endeavours shall be made to dispose of the aforesaid appeal at an early date preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioners in the manner indicated above.
The writ petition stands finally disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
