JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Banka P.S. Case No. 126 of 2017instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) and 26 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 3.3.2017.
As per written report, one live and one empty cartridge as well as some crackers were recovered from possession of this petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24257 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 126 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
