The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No.246 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 328, 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation accused persons including the petitioner committed the murder of husband of the informant by transmitting poison and reason has been shown that there was outstanding dues against the petitioner on account of business between them.

Looking to the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24118 of 2017 (3) dt.25-08-2017 Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
