Petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.09.2016 in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 for offence punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have attempted to commit robbery against the informant. When the police reached others were arrested and name of the petitioner was disclosed by the co-culprit.

Submission is that co-accused, namely, Dhiraj Kumar and others have already been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 46549 of 2016 on 25.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53261 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai/Successor Court in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016.
