JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel-25 for the State. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by Circle Officer, Baniyapur, Saran, Chhapra on remand by the Additional Collector, Saran (Chhapra). According to the petitioner the Circle Officer, Baniyapur, Saran, Chhapra has passed different order dated 20.10.2017, which has been impugned in the present writ application.

Learned counsel for the State submits that against the order of Circle Officer, there is a provision of appeal before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms.
