2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of N.D.P.S Case No. 43 of 2022 arising out of Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 256 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act (N.D.P.S Act).

3. There is recovery of 1025 Gram of Charas from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in eighteen more cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The District Judge, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases which are pending against the petitioner.
