This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 304B/34 of the Penal Code.

The petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-inlaw and the death is by hanging. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners about demand and subjecting cruelty.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagha, West Champaran.
