2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, these petitioners along with 3-4 others entered the house of informant and assaulted the informant with lathi, danda, iron rod and Garasa, as a result of which she fell down on the ground and became unconscious. Petitioner no. 1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64895 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 snatched gold Mangalsutra of the informant.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that both parties are Gotias and on account of land dispute a simple altercation took place in which the informant sustained injury. The doctor has found all the injuries simple in nature. Other allegation is ornamental. Petitioners are ladies and they have got clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class-cumAdditional Munsif, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
